“I contacted the top 4 buyers agents in the Lexington area according to various google searches in June of 2021. All contacted me back but as soon as they found out I was an out of state buyer 3 stopped communications except Julie. She asked me to contact her when we were able to visit KY. I contacted Julie at the end of November 2021 and she was extremely helpful and agreed to meet us in London KY to show us a home we were interested in.
